- GATHER INFORMATION
Visit www.aisa.edu.au or AISA brochure for information on enrolment and studying at an AISA Alliance School. Read the Terms, Conditions and
Policies available at www.aisa.edu.au. An accredited education agent can also assist you with selecting a school and lodging your application.
- APPLY FOR SCHOOL ENROLMENT
Complete the AISA application form (can choose up to five alliance schools) and return it with the required documents to the AISA Admission Centre or an Adelaide Independent School Alliance (AISA) accredited education agent. Please refer to the checklist for a list of required documents in the application form.Applications and supporting documentation should be emailed to email@example.com.
- APPLICATION ASSESSMENT
Applications received are assessed to determine whether a student meets the entry requirements to study in an AISA Alliance School. Application
assessment cannot commence until all required documents are received. To avoid unnecessary delays, be sure applications are signed and include
all the required supporting documents.
- ENGLISH PROFICIENCY ASSESSMENT (EPET)
Applicants will need to sit at EPET test which is recognised by all AISA Alliance Schools. Students could attend the EPET test at home or in the agent office.
- LETTER OF OFFER AND INVOICE
An Alliance school interested in the student may request for an interview through Skype, Wechat etc.After successful submitted all the requested
documents along with that school’s application form with guardians signature, applicants will receive a Letter of Offer and invoice for fees payable from mainsteam school and if ELICOS is required, AIS will issue a Letter of offer and invoice as well.
- ACCEPTANCE AND PAYMENT
To accept the terms and conditions of enrolment in an AISA Alliance School and AIS, signed written agreements (acceptance forms) and full payment of the invoice must be received within 14 days.
- CONFIRMATION OF ENROLMENT
Following acceptance and payment you will receive:
– Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) Letter
– Confirmation of Appropriate Accommodation and Welfare (CAAW) Letter (if applicable)
– Pre-departure Guide.
- APPLYING FORA STUDENT VISA
Students applying for a visa must apply to the Department of Home Affairs (DHA) office. Please visit the DHA website, www.homeaffairs.gov.au for information on how to apply for a visa and visa requirements.
- ARRIVAL DETAILS
Homestay accommodation students must provide the AISA Admission Centre with arrival details at least two weeks prior to the welfare commencement date specified on the CAAW. Parents can apply to Student Guardian Service (SGS) as an additional support, and After-Hours Care to AIS Hub.
